Setting up your IPTV service doesn't have to be complicated. Whether you're using a MAG box, Android TV box, Amazon Firestick, Smart TV, or smartphone — this guide walks you through every step so you can start watching live TV, sports, and movies in minutes.
Before You Begin
Make sure you have the following ready before starting:
- An active IPTV subscription (your plan details are in your client area)
- A stable internet connection — we recommend at least 25 Mbps for HD and 50 Mbps for 4K
- Your device of choice (MAG box, Android box, Firestick, Smart TV, phone, or tablet)
- Your login credentials or MAG address from your order confirmation email
Setting Up on a MAG Device
MAG devices (MAG 254, 322, 420, 524, etc.) are purpose-built for IPTV and offer the most reliable streaming experience.
- Connect your MAG box to your TV via HDMI and plug in the ethernet cable or connect to Wi-Fi
- Power on the device and navigate to Settings → System Settings → Servers
- Under Portals, enter the portal URL provided in your welcome email
- Enter your MAC address (found on the sticker on the bottom of your MAG box — format: 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX)
- Press OK, then restart the portal from the main menu
- Your channel list will load automatically — this may take 30-60 seconds on first load
Setting Up on an Android TV Box
Android boxes (including the TVHub box we offer) use apps like IPTV Smarters, TiviMate, or our recommended player.
- Download IPTV Smarters Pro or TiviMate from the Google Play Store
- Open the app and select Login with Xtream Codes API
- Enter the server URL, username, and password from your welcome email
- Tap Add User or Login
- Wait for the channel list to load — this takes 1-2 minutes on first setup
- Navigate to Live TV, Movies, or Series from the main menu
Setting Up on Amazon Firestick
The Firestick is one of the most popular IPTV devices. Here's how to get started:
- Go to Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options and enable Apps from Unknown Sources
- Install the Downloader app from the Amazon App Store
- Open Downloader and enter the URL for IPTV Smarters Pro APK (provided in your welcome email)
- Install the downloaded APK and open IPTV Smarters
- Enter your Xtream Codes login details (server URL, username, password)
- Your channels will load and you're ready to stream
Setting Up on Smart TV (Samsung / LG)
- Samsung: Download IPTV Smarters from the Samsung App Store, then enter your login details
- LG: Download IPTV Smarters from the LG Content Store and follow the same login process
- Alternative: Use the built-in web browser to access your portal URL directly
Setting Up on iPhone or Android Phone
- iPhone/iPad: Download IPTV Smarters Player from the App Store
- Android: Download IPTV Smarters Pro from Google Play
- Enter your Xtream Codes credentials and start streaming
