Unable to Login or EPG Not Working on Firestick
If you're having trouble logging in to your IPTV app or the TV guide (EPG) isn't loading on your Amazon Firestick, try these steps:
- Check your credentials — Verify your username and password in your Client Area
- Clear the app cache — Go to Settings → Applications → Manage Installed Applications → select your IPTV app → Clear Cache
- Restart the Firestick — Unplug the power for 30 seconds, then plug it back in
- Reinstall the app — Uninstall and reinstall the IPTV app using the Downloader app
EPG data can take up to 10 minutes to fully load after first login. Be patient and allow it to complete.
